В 20 недель норма 4см.,у меня была 3.7,при том что принимала прогестерон с 6 недель. Доктор сказала не отменять прогестрерон до 25 недель. Но это не критично,короткой шейкой считается длина меньше 2.5см.,тогда ставят пессарий. Длина ШМ может меняться много раз на день в зависимости от того чем занимается женщина.
