В инсте страницы могу скинуть только breakfast_for_kids, kulakovs_family, mini_gurman, blw_grinch, kulturaprikorma,mama_ya_kushau они там и рецепты правильные подачи показывают, и продают книги электронные, а в ютубе тоже просто писала про прикорм

Я смотрела таблицы-схемы воз и нацпрограммы на 90 дней расписанные. Чтобы хоть примерно ориентироваться как и что делать , что давать , в каких пропорциях. Есть на сайте mamazanuda.ru. Но там ввод одного продукта от 7 дней. В принципе , можно и скорректировать.
