Green poop. Girls, my son is on IV, a hypoallergenic expert says poop smells bad and is green. The pediatrician says don't change it, he's gaining weight well, just all babies have this with this formula. I wanted to know if it's really like that or should I switch formulas? But he's really gaining weight. At 3 months old, he weighs 6 kg (born at 3400). Oh yeah, and constipation has increased, could it be introducing lactose-free milk?
