У нас такое бывало когда у сына зубы режутся, и он пальцы в рот сует, и слюну размазывает по лицу естественно, потом проходит через 1-2. Я часто умываю теплой водой. Понаблюдайте , у вас зубки не режутся, есть сильное слюноотделение?
