Girls, hi. My daughter has terrible constipation, she can't poop on her own at all, I always help her. She might not poop for 3-4 days, then she poops (with my help), like stones that get stuck and she cries, sweats, can't push them out. We're on Gv and we eat from the common table. What should I do? Gave her pear, blackberries, different cabbage, and drank lots of water herself and gave her some too, I don't know what else to do...What would you recommend?
