это проблемы у вас скорее всего с шеей, возможно остиохондроз, если с сердцем все хорошо. Делайте упражнения для шеи (советую посмотреть у Шишонина в ютубе), разотрите например мазью "живокост" она снимает воспаления и просто можно делать массаж. Мне помогает именно это.

У меня бывало,но у меня понижен гемоглобин ,пью Хеферол по назначению врача
