Значит найдены атипичные клетки, которых в норме быть не должно. Я бы не назвала это диагнозом, скорее повод для дальнейшего обследования, что это за клетки и стоит ли что-то. удалять. Если у вас есть впч, то то это может быть поводом для исключения или лечения дисплазии
