Если ребенок мучается то можно свечи глицериновые поставить или микролакс. У меня бывает у дочки тоже запоры, микролакс как никак кстати выручает)

У меня сын до недели не ходил по большому. Если ребенка не беспокоит то все в порядке. На гв это нормально.
