Good day. Could someone have internal tears on their labia after childbirth? I had dissolvable sutures, a knot came out and I saw one thread, kind of a purple color. How long do they fully dissolve? It's almost been a week since childbirth. And now there is such an unpleasant feeling when I go through it, it doesn't hurt but it feels like a slight ache.
