Такое может быть от обуви. Может давят ? Если Образовалась пустота внутри ногтя, нужно убрать эту часть . Согласна с комментарием Аиды , сходите к врачу.

Возможно ребенок ударился пальцем и ноготь отслаивается или отходит. К врачу, чтобы убрать и не мешать нормальному росту ногтя.
