Girls, hi! Could you please share your experience with spiral contraceptives? I'm all in doubt about whether to use it or not. I definitely won't be getting pregnant for the next three years, and I don't want to take hormonal pills for three years either. Especially since I constantly forget to take them.

Здравствуйте. Лично я против спирали. Потому как она не спасает от беременности, а не даёт развиваться эмбриону, и он погибая, выходит виде месячных..
