Hello, has anyone had this? I have it, my left hand is swollen and sometimes numb, like it's not working. It happens to me too, and I think they've become worse.

Самая частая причина онемения рук это шейный остеохондроз, сейчас с нашими гаджетами это частое явление, от этого хорошо помогают комплексы упражнений для шейного, грудного отделов например "доктора Шишонина" посмотрите в ютубе. Надо заниматься своим позвоночником, делать упражнения, но без фанатизма, т. к. беременность.
