Я полощу горло и промываю нос, тоже болею с дочкой Лизобакт и пиносол можно беременным

Здравствуйте да я тоже болела не давно +температура было. Ополаскивала с бинтом (люголя ) и нос промывала каждый раз ушло течение 3 дней щас все отлично?
