Полоскайте горло соленой+ йод водой Или фурацилином Можно инсти попить, мне нравится трахисан от горло хорошо помогает И в больнице мне говорили его применять

Нос и горло промывать аквалором, мне от боли в горле во время беременности хорошо помогал еще спрей тантум верде, и чай с малиной?
