не понимаю зачем вам после операции кровь разжижают? Хорошо разжижает кровь вода, клюква, лимонный сок, есть продукты, которые способствуют разжижению, почитайте в гугле, если нет конечно серьезных плказаний, что без лекарства не обойтись. Исключите сгущающие кровь продукты.
