Hello ?? I had my blood test on December 26, 2023. TSH was 4.90. The gynecologist and general practitioner said it's within the normal range. The general practitioner also reassured me that it's only 5 weeks of pregnancy and that hormonal changes are happening now. Recently, I went for a consultation with another general practitioner who, seeing the TSH results in a hurry, sent me to an endocrinologist. And she prescribed Levothyroxine 50 mcg every morning for two months. Should I take this medication? Or is it better to repeat the blood tests?
