Hello everyone. Girls, what would you recommend for energy? After childbirth, there's no strength, neither physical nor moral. Although it has been over a year and I haven't breastfed for a month already. I thought work, personal money, and communication with people would bring me back to life, so I went to work. But no, it got even worse. At work, I go normally, but in the evening I literally drain myself from my feet. I don't have any desire to cook dinner or take care of the kids.
