Hello! I'm having terrible trouble sleeping at night, and it's getting worse as my due date approaches. How can I improve my sleep?

I totally get you, I can’t fall asleep all night until 6 AM, then I sleep very lightly until 9 AM and wake up. I go eat ? and then sleep again until 1 PM, and then I’m like a sleepyhead all day. I can’t do anything about it, it’s kind of a mess — I’ll hang around and listen, maybe someone knows how to deal with this

Карина, I think everyone has this problem in the last trimester (fresh air helps me) But I still sleep during the day)

I've also stopped sleeping normally. My nose is stuffy, but I don't have a runny nose. Everything feels dry — several times a night, besides going to the bathroom, I get up to rinse my nose. I think it's not anxiety, but everyone has it like this.

Throw away all negative thoughts and think about an easy childbirth — only positivity; childbirth isn't as scary as you imagine.

Try the evening valerian before bed (the green one).
