For about a month now I've noticed some scratches on my son's right foot (1 year and 3 months old). He always wears socks, and strangely they appeared and disappeared once, and now they're back. Has anyone experienced this?

Покажите дерматологу или хотя бы педиатру. Это будто не механическое повреждение, а похоже на высыпание.
