Girls, at 25 weeks of pregnancy, we found out it was symphysis. The discrepancy is 6.2 millimeters. My lower back and pelvic bones hurt very much. I wear a bandage and this helped a lot. But the pain is still there. Has anyone else had this? What do you recommend to ease the pain when turning from side to side? Can I exercise specifically for those with symphysis? And can I live a normal sex life?
