Lower abdominal pain in early pregnancy can be caused by processes occurring in a woman's body. However, it is always better to consult a doctor to rule out possible complications. For example, lower abdominal pain can be caused by the stretching of the uterine ligaments, changes in circulation, and other physiological processes. It is important to pay attention to the nature of the pain, its intensity, duration, and accompanying symptoms. In case of increased pain, the appearance of bleeding, or other alarming signs, it is necessary to see a doctor immediately.

Supermoms , Pain during movement is more noticeable; when lying down, it is almost not felt.

If there's no bleeding, it's okay, but if there are severe pains, it's better to get checked out! In my two previous pregnancies, I had pain and bloody discharge and always registered early due to the threat, but this only happens at the beginning for me, so far so good) don't worry!
