Hello everyone! I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and suddenly my wisdom tooth started growing rapidly, the pain was unbearable, radiating to my ear and neck. I went to the dentist, informed them that I was pregnant and about the term, they administered anesthesia with a reduced concentration and removed the tooth. Now I'm really worried, has anyone else experienced this in early pregnancy? Did it affect anything?

Hello! I understand that this can be very scary and stressful. It's important to remember that doctors and dentists know how to ensure safety and care for pregnant women. Removing a wisdom tooth with anesthesia in early pregnancy should not negatively affect the development of the child. However, it's always better to consult with your doctor or obstetrician-gynecologist to get more accurate information and recommendations. Remember, your health and the health of your baby are important, so follow the specialists' recommendations and don't hesitate to ask them any questions you have. Everything will be alright!
