Hello, my baby got sick, and the doctor prescribed treatment. He also prescribed Lizobact, but then when I started reading at home, I found out that "Lizobact" is not prescribed for children under 3 years old, as its efficacy and safety in this age group have not been established. My son is only 1 year old. Should I give it to him or not?

No, Lysobact should not be given to a child who is only 1 year old. At this age, the efficacy and safety of the drug have not been established, so it is better to consult a doctor and choose another treatment method for the baby.

No, of course, such medications are unnecessary for little ones. Warm, plentiful drinking and nasal rinsing - all this will help wash the mucous membranes and remove the virus and its byproducts.
