Girls, can you tell me, is it possible for teeth to come in at 2.5 months? My older son's teeth came in at 5 months. My daughter is being fussy, drooling terribly, and biting my breast, her pacifier, and her hands. In the photo, it looks like two teeth might be coming through, or is it just me?

Yes, at 2.5 months, some children may start teething. Therefore, it is possible that your daughter is indeed beginning to teethe. If she shows signs of discomfort, you can try giving her something cold to soothe her gums, such as frozen fruit puree or special teething toys. You can also consult a dentist or pediatrician for advice and recommendations on caring for your baby's gums during teething.

My cousin was born with two teeth, so anything can happen. But usually, by 3 months, babies start to have active salivary glands, which is why they drool. Just keep an eye out, it might be teeth.
