Противовирусные нельзя, лечиться полосканиями (сода+соль) , промывать нос, обильное питье, делать морсы с ягодами любыми, клюква хорошо помогает, это природный антибиотик, можно чай заваривать с щепоткой имбиря молотого (сушеного), имбирь тоже хорошо помогает, мед(если нет аллергии). Для горла можно лизобакт рассасывать. Я мазала шею спереди бальзамом "корень" из сибирского здоровья, хорошо помогает. Нос капала пиносолом (но возможна аллергия на него). Выздоравливайте.
