Hello everyone! It's week 23 and I've already gained 10 kg. Doctors are concerned about how much weight I'm gaining and they say I need to be careful. I'm curious, how much weight have you all gained? And how much has been lost after giving birth?

В первую беременность с веса 50, в роды вошла на весе 85 Похудела быстро до 60. Во вторые вошла в весе 66, сейчас вешу 72, это 6 кг за 18 недель. И меня ругают сильно. Хотя в первую, я была такой пышечкой, и мне ни слова не говорили что я перебрала.
