Hello girls, today there were three scheduled ultrasounds and for the second time it shows Pyelo-calicoectasia of the right kidney in the fetus at 7 mm, has anyone had this or knows if it's scary?

We have the same with one kidney, the right one too ( It was discovered at 38 weeks. I also read all sorts of crap, but it can all resolve by the time they're a year old (they'll need to be monitored by a doctor). Girls wrote that for some it showed up on an ultrasound, but after the baby was born everything was normal? I don't think it's worth worrying for now
