Girls, I can't wear the bandage alone? It annoys me especially when I have to put it on lying down, it's not comfortable for me at all. I'll always dress it wrong, or it's too loose, or vice versa, it's too tight and I end up freaking out and take it off... Tell me, is it really necessary to wear it lying down?
