Can anyone tell me if after childbirth they had colostrum with bloody discharge? The color is dark burgundy, scarlet. I had a C-section at 31 weeks. It’s been 4 days; I still don’t have milk, very little colostrum, and the discharge is concerning. Has anyone else had the same? Please advise, tell me what to do?
