Good evening everyone! Last week I had an ultrasound and was told it’s an early pregnancy of 3–4 weeks. The next day my abdomen started hurting and there was some bleeding. I wrote to my gynecologist and she told me to start taking Duphaston — I first took 4 tablets, then 1 tablet every 8 hours — also papaverine for uterine tone, magnesium B6 1 tablet 3 times a day, and aspirin because my blood is thick (platelets are elevated). She asked me to come back for a follow-up ultrasound in 2 weeks. Since I previously had a miscarriage and the symptoms were the same, I also prescribed myself vitamin E and iron supplements because I had anemia. Honestly I’m very scared — those who’ve already been through it say it’s really terrifying that it might happen again — but I’m trying to stay positive. As they say, whoever is meant to be born will be born. Maybe someone has a similar situation — please share how you treated it, what you took, and what additional tests I might need to have. Oh, I forgot to mention that I already had tests done: progesterone is very low at 10.87, so that’s probably why the pain and bleeding started.
