Women who have given birth, tell me how is it tied after childbirth. After cesarean section. I personally after one delivery did not do anything, after cesarean bandaging, but it's not really saving... I saw on the internet a binding method called "bungee". Is anyone has been tied in this way?

Я ничем не подвязывалась, живот спал сразу после кс, остался небольшой как говорится «фартук».

Трусы бандажные носила, мне их врач рекомендовала в род доме, и живот быстро пришёл в норму не было никаких фартуков и обвисаний, сейчас также буду их брать, они разные есть есть с застежками они удобний что бы шов в больнице обрабатывать
