Здравствуйте. Я как пила при беременности, так и после всегда клюквенный сок пью, если есть подозрение на цистит... но на грудном вскармливании делать это нужно осторожно, то есть постепенно. Смотрим на реакцию ребёнка. Все дети разные, иммунитет у деток тоже разный. Он только начинает крепнуть..
