Hello everyone ? Does anyone in their third trimester get this: when you roll from your left side to your right or vice versa, the belly starts to sag and aches a little? I try to put a pillow under it at that moment, but it still causes a bit of discomfort.

Здравствуйте Раушан, у меня с Доченькой так было и до конца родов, спала на правом боку. Не могла также переворачиваться на левы, был дискомфорт и немного боли. Поэтому решила, что буду спать на правом, если Малышу неудобно.

Конечно было и есть) поэтому с пяти месяцев я сплю на спец подушке так легче и живот не висит и ребёнок органы не сплющивает)
