Good evening everyone! Sorry for asking such an intimate question about my breasts ?♀️?♀️?♀️ During this pregnancy I've noticed that there is dirt or I don't know what (like little granules) on my nipples. This didn't happen before. Can I remove it myself? I'm just worried whether it's harmful.
