Good evening everyone! Sorry for asking such an intimate question about my breasts ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️ During this pregnancy I've noticed that there is dirt or I don't know what (like little granules) on my nipples. This didn't happen before. Can I remove it myself? I'm just worried whether it's harmful.

у меня тоже также и до беременности было. и в бане терла и мочалкой. нет это не грязь. я была у маммолога и спрашивала откуда мне сказали это генктически и ничего в этом страшного нет. можно смазывать соски как и грудь маслом косметическим. а так не обращайте внимания
