Good afternoon! I'm 12 weeks pregnant, everything is fine but I'm worried about allergies — how should I treat them?

тоже была аллергия на 17 недели. антигистаминные таблетки нельзя. сидела 2 недели на диете и купалась в череде на ночь. она успакаивает и не так чешиться. да еще врач прописала фенистил гель мазать
