Hello! Could you tell me how to properly tie up my abdomen after surgery (CS)? When should I do it, how much pressure is appropriate, and is it harmful? I'm wearing a bandage, but I read that they help, but I don't know exactly how. Tell me more about it. Thank you!

Бандаж специальный что бы утягивал именно живот можно только после консультации с врачом. А обычный послеоперационный можно по моему всем. Меня на второй день затянули пелёнкой обычной, стало гораздо легче.

Я пеленкой себя перетягиваю, хотя могу уже не перетягивать но все равно страшновато ? врач сказал что пелёнка намного удобнее потому что шов не перегревается и не преет
