Было пару раз и у меня , ой помню паниковала) но все хорошо это нормально

Ну, матка ещё глубоко в тазу, на пупок не давит, но это нормально, мышцы тянут и отдают в пупочек☺️

У меня так же было на этом сроке тоже панику забила, врач успокоила сказала что все норм, и как то само прошло я даже не заметила

Я до 21 недели переживала за каждую микро боль. Ходила на узи - все норм. Так что не переживайте , будет тянуть ещё долго
