Good afternoon. A month ago I had an ultrasound: polycystic ovaries and a cyst of the left ovary dated 26.05. They said my period should come soon. But it still hasn’t come. Two weeks later there was one day of brown discharge and that was it. I went for an ultrasound again on 22.06 — the cyst is gone, a dense 'egg' 14 mm, they say there’s no embryo yet, the test is positive. Please advise, anyone who understands this?
