Иммунитет поднимать нужно значит, кушайте по больше витаминов, фрукты и овощи. В первом триместре у меня тоже вылез не помню на какой неделе, ничего не делала только повышала иммунитет и мазала гигиенической помадой, позже у врача узнала что можно было мазать ацекловир.
