For the first time in my life I weigh almost 80 kg ?? Even when there was a hormonal imbalance, I gained back 20 kg and was 75 kg. And when I was pregnant, I weighed 77 kg, but after giving birth, 7 kg went away immediately. I wanted to lose weight, but now I'm pregnant ? Diet is obviously not working. Proper nutrition and some kind of argument later, it will look better specifically during pregnancy already?? I'm not stressing too much while pregnant, but I still want to start at least some workouts.
