Girls, I don't understand, the doctor prescribed me folic acid 0.5 times a day, three times! And he says everyone takes it like that. It seemed like one time a day, though? ??‍♀️

Такая большая доза только по показаниям. Для профилактики пьют 0,5 в (400-800 мкг)/сутки

Аптечную фолиевую кислоту нужно пить по 1 таблетка 3 раза в день. Вообще пейте фемибион там есть и фол.кис и другие витамины

я точно так же как и вы пью три раза в день, такая же дозировка0.5 это нормально, не волнуйтесь

Дозу посмотрите. Должно быть 400-800 на таблетке. Я пила по 1 таблетке 400 в день. Потом начала пить элевит пронаталь, там фолиевая по 800. Тоже 1 раз в день всё
