у меня в начале тоже болела, но лекарства я не принимала, позже прошло. проверьте гемоглобин. скорее всего это гормоны

лучше ничего не принимайте. это может навредить малышу. проконсультируйтесь с врачем и лучше народными методами пользоваться.
