У вас застой или спазм. Через боль массировать с соску и сцедить или дать ребёнку грудь так чтобы нижняя губа смотрела в сторону где болит

Скорее всего лактостаз, у меня на странице есть вопрос про него, девочки дали достаточно советов, спасибо им)

Застой скорее всего, массаж+сцеживание до облегчения, и поэкспериментируйте с позами для кормления- возможно, неправильно прикладываете ребёнка)

Похоже на лактостаз. Прикладывайте малыша чаще или сцеживайте, плюс массаж. Главное не тяните ?
