Hello. Girls, I wanted to ask who took Insti during pregnancy? I saw a video on YouTube where she said she took it and her cold disappeared like magic, but I read online that you shouldn't take it.

Не верьте всему, что говорят на ютубе. Прочтите в интернете описание «Инсти», если можно беременным и при ГВ, то пейте

После 12 недели в принципе можно пить. Только следите за интервалом и в день максимум 2-3 раз, а вообще лучше обильное питьё, чай с лимоном, молоко с медом и т.д
