Hello, can you please tell me what might be wrong? I've been feeling really bad in my left side, even breathing was difficult and my lower abdomen started pulling like contractions, then it would let go and again, for about an hour and a half but the pain was awful. This is my first time experiencing these symptoms.

У меня так в последние два дня, посмотрел врач сказал все хорошо, принимайте Магний. В больницу без ПЦР теста не берут. Но укол папаверина помог

Если резкая боль в одну сторону отдаёт, будто рвётся что-то внутри - это связка. Попробуйте массировать косточку таза и вокруг неё (которая выпирает уголком из джинсов у худышек), должно помочь. Я впервый раз очень сильно испугалась, думала хана всему пришла))) Если нижнее дно матки в спазм уходит, то это предвестники, ищите безболезненное положение и дыхание тренируйте. Мне прям очень понравилось в позе лотоса сидеть при этих болях ??? под спинку валик.
