У нас тоже такие, они то есть то нет и буквально за день исчезают. Я тоже думаю что это из-за слюнок

Хорошенько мыть шею 2-3 раза в день, или хотя бы салфетками протирать. У нас была один раз опрелость в складочке, промыла, и цинковой присыпкой протерла, через 2 часа уже все прошло, с тех пор, постоянно слюни вытираем. Бумажные салфетки только летят?
