Girls, my delivery went well without complications or tearing. But three days later I had an ultrasound and they found a clot, they cleaned me up but didn't send me for another ultrasound, but after that, lochia started flowing like crazy. Is this normal? Who cleans you up after giving birth, how did the lochia start flowing afterwards?

Меня даже на узи не отправляли после родов...в итоге отпустили меня ,якобы все в порядке,да и чувствовала себя тоже нормально,позавчера кровить стало сильно ,думала что кровотечение открылось,в итоге оказалось что кровь скапливалась и образовались сгустки ,поехала в роддом,промывать не стали,лишь окситоцин выписали и антибиотик После этого лохии вроде нормально шли ,но вчера под вечер опять лить начало,кажется не все сгустки вышли у меня и вот так вот обильно выходят
