Лучше с гинекологом это обсудите Просто, чтоб это точно тренировочные были И если это все же тренировочные, то наслаждайтесь - тренируйте дыхание

Девочки , я вот не понимаю какого это тренировочный схватки ?у меня просто по ночам как мячик собирается в одну сторону , после того как поглажу становиться нормом
