Это норма,у меня правда не поясница ,а мышцы живота хватают.то слева то справа снизу ,что ни встать ,не повернуться никак не можешь и болит.как судорога.потом отпускает и норма? А поясница возможно защимление седалищного нерва.это тоже норма при беременности,ведь тяжело организму?
