Все,смотреть на реакцию ребёнка Видела вы спрашиваете,как определить реакцию,обычно это высыпания,покраснения , Я ем с рождения абсолютно все,кроме алкоголя Молочку приходилось только исключать,тк у дочки болел сильно живот от неё,около 1,5 месяцев не принимала ее ,потом начала потихоньку ,уже все хорошо было
